Office Accounts Administrator
We currently have a vacancy for an Office Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Office:
- Phone Enquiries
- Taking messages and redirecting calls
- Assisting colleagues whenever possible
- Managing travel plans appointments and agendas
- Replacing office supplies
- Hire of construction equipment
- Coordinating events
Bookkeeping:
- Processing of purchase and sales invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Credit card reconciliation
- Preparing payment runs and maintaining supplier database/relationships
- Entering data on accounting software
- Analysing data for accounts purposes
- Completing timesheets
- Other ad hoc office and bookkeeping duties
- Office administration
Hours: 16-20hrs per week

Site Foreman
We currently have a vacancy for a Working Site Foreman. The candidate will have a minimum of 10 + years’ experience and will ideally have a Carpentry background. Excellent package including company vehicle for the right candidate. Please register your interest by submitting your CV.
