Office Accounts Administrator

We currently have a vacancy for an Office Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Phone Enquiries
  • Taking messages and redirecting calls
  • Assisting colleagues whenever possible
  • Managing travel plans appointments and agendas
  • Replacing office supplies
  • Hire of construction equipment
  • Coordinating events


  • Processing of purchase and sales invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Preparing payment runs and maintaining supplier database/relationships
  • Entering data on accounting software
  • Analysing data for accounts purposes
  • Completing timesheets
  • Other ad hoc office and bookkeeping duties
  • Office administration

Hours: 16-20hrs per week

    Site Foreman

    We currently have a vacancy for a Working Site Foreman. The candidate will have a minimum of 10 + years’ experience and will ideally have a Carpentry background. Excellent package including company vehicle for the right candidate. Please register your interest by submitting your CV.
