The refurbishment project included the strip out of an office building to shell and core, and fitout to turnkey medical facility comprising of a Reception area with adjoining office space, Waiting area, 5 Consulting rooms, Physiotherapy room, Nurse consulting room, Kitchen, shower room and ladies, gents & Disabled toilet facilities.
